Blackstone Venison Smash Burgers

Ingredients 6 Flour Tortillas 1 lb Ground Venison 2 tbsp Ketchup 1 tbsp Mustard 1 tsp Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse 1 tsp Everglades Original Seasoning ⅓ tsp Kinder’s Woodfired Garlic ½ Red Onion 3 tbsp Butter ⅓ tsp Kinder’s Caramelized Onion Butter 2-3 tbsp Brown Sugar 6 Slices Provolone Cheese Directions 1) Combine ground venison, ketchup, mustard, Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse, Everglades Original Seasoning, and Kinder’s Woodfired Garlic. 2) Preheat Blackstone to medium heat and butter the grill. 3) Thinly slice red onion, add 2 tbsp to the grill and top with sliced onions. 4) Take about ¼ -⅓ cup of the ground venison mixture and spread it thinly onto each tortilla until the entire side of the tortilla is covered. 5) Place the meat side of the tortilla down onto the Blackstone and let cook. 6) Stir the cooking onions and top with the brown sugar and Kinder’s Caramelized Onion Butter 7) Once the meat is all the way browned, flip the tortillas over and immediately top with the provolone cheese. 8) Let the tortillas cook for a few more minutes until the meat is all the way cooked and the tortilla is nice and crispy. 9) Remove from the Blackstone and enjoy!
