Total Stock Market Index Fund: This refers to investing into the broad us economy that includes small to large size companies. An ETF version I recommend here is Vanguard's Total Stock Market Index Fund (VTI). If interested in a specific platforms mutual fund versions, Fidelity has two options that are the Fidelity ZERO Total Market Fund (FZROX) or the original Fidelity Total Stock Market Index Fund (FSKAX). Vanguard's alternative is VTSAX and Charles Schwab is SWTSX. 2. Large Cap Growth Index Fund: This refers to investing into large cap us stocks that are expected to outperform the market. ETF versions you may be interested here would be Charles Schwabs Large Cap Growth (SCHG), Vanguard's (VUG), or Invesco's (QQQM/QQQ). Mutual fund versions include Fidelity (FSPGX), Vanguard (VIGAX), or Charles Schwabs (SWLGX). 3. Strong Dividend Equity Index Fund: This refers to investing into a strong index fund that pays strong dividends consistently along with solid returns. My favorite option here is Charles Schwabs ETF that is SCHD. The fund has a 3.4% dividend yield, they are noted to be qualified dividends (which can be taxed as long term capital gains), and they also have a proven track record for significant growth. Note: I believe anybody can benefit from these 3 index funds whether you're young looking for growth or one simply looking for a dividend income. 🔔 Don't forget to subscribe with notifications on and hit that like button!
