Labour leader Keir Starmer reacts to the Government's decision to place additional coronavirus restrictions on parts of northern England. Mr Starmer said: "The decision the Government has made is the right decision and we will support that. “But the communication has been extremely poor." “So, right decision – very poor communication. That’s got to improve.
