Norris geyser basin, ranger-led walk, ending at Echinus eruption, 1989 trip, part 21a
We saw two geysers erupting on this walk (and on the video) that you'd be lucky to see these days. Pork Chop, are rare perpetual spouter, exploded later in the year (September 1989) and Echinus, the world's biggest acid water geyser, now erupts only rarely.
