CATHOLIC MEDITATION: 3 November, 2024. ⛪📖🖊️ 🟩 SUNDAY 🟩 31ST SUNDAY - ORDINARY TIME, YEAR B. 1st R : Deut. 6:2-6. Resp. Psalm : Ps. 18. R/ - I love you, Lord, my strength. 2nd R : Heb. 7:23-28. Gosp. : Mk. 12:28-34. Message : LOVE IS THE LAW. THE LAW IS TO LOVE. LOVE GOD AND LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOUR AND YOU WILL ENTER HEAVEN. Jesus summarised the Law to One word - LOVE. He/she who loves fulfils the law. We shall be judged on how much we loved. If our keeping of the commandments does not lead us to love, then we are being legalistic. LOVE GOD AND LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOURS, and you will enter heaven. We must love God with all of our heart, soul, mind, and understanding. Fr. Blessed Ambang Njume
