Ingredients: 12 oz mushrooms, halved or quartered 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp olive oil 3 garlic cloves, minced 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender and browned. Season with salt and pepper, and stir in Parmesan cheese. Cook for another 2 minutes until the cheese melts and the mushrooms are coated.
