Lauki Ka Halwa Recipe | Bottle Gourd Pudding Ingredients: 1 kg lauki (bottle gourd) 2 cups sugar 1 liter milk 500 gm khoya 1 cup dry fruits (kishmish, badam, pistachio, almond) 1 cup ghee Tutti frutti and silver page for garnish Instructions: 1. Wash, peel, deseed, and grate the lauki. 2. Cook the lauki in a pan until the water reduces, then add milk and cook until the lauki is soft. 3. Reduce the milk, add sugar, and cook until the sugar dissolves. 4. Add khoya and cardamom crush to the halwa mixture. 5. Roast dry fruits in ghee and add to the halwa mixture. 6. Melt khoya in ghee and use as a layer in the assembled halwa. 7. Assemble the halwa by greasing a plate with ghee, adding the lauki halwa mixture, followed by the khoya mixture, and garnishing with silver page and tutti frutti. 8.
