Sing a new song—a song of God’s goodness and mercy, faithfulness and love. Leader: For God delights in His people, crowning them with honor and glory! Let’s worship together. OPENING PRAYER: Lord, we thank you for our time together to fellowship, to pray, and to sing your praises. Our time together strengthens our bond with each other and the Holy Spirit. Help us to see the work of your hands around us. May we approach worship today with a heart of gratitude. Amen OPENING HYMN: CALL TO CONFESSION: If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. But if we confess our sins, God is faithful and just. He will forgive our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. In humility and faith let us confess our sin to God. SILENT PRAYER: PRAYER OF CONFESSION: Gracious God, we confess that we are quick to notice the faults of others while overlooking our own. We are hasty to accuse but slow to extend grace. We throw stones instead of offering forgiveness. Forgive us, Lord. Teach us to live out the grace You have poured into our lives. Call us to deeper holiness and greater humility. Shape us into people of integrity, so that our words and actions may reflect Your love. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen ASSURANCE OF PARDON: For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his steadfast love toward those who fear him; as far as the east is from the west, so far does he remove our transgressions from us. Amen. PASSING THE PEACE: Having been forgiven, let us now share the peace of Christ with one another. The peace of Christ be with you! And also with you.
