"Change In The Making" by Addison Road (Cool Down) Christian Dance Fitness - not Zumba

Choreography by: Gina Napolitano in Plant City, FL Song: Change In The Making Artist: Addison Road Praize Kraze is a style of dance fitness that is like Christian Zumba or aerobic workout - in a praise and worship kind of way filled with the Holy Spirit. I create choreography that not only gives the student a fun, easy and effective workout that burns lots of calories, but also glorifies God and demonstrates praise in the movements. I am a very lyrical choreographer and try to match fitness style movements to the lyrics of the song. This type of exercise not only gives you lots of energy, but works all major muscle groups :) Even more importantly it's good for your spirit and soul as well as your body! I wanted to share my style with students and instructors alike - to fill a much needed gap for Christian Fitness for those who love Zumba, but don't want to compromise the music they listen to in order to work out.
