Ingredients: 1 cup of buko meat 4 cups of water 1 cup of cornstarch ½ cup white sugar 370ml condensed milk ½ cup powdered milk 2 cups of evaporated milk Note: 1. In medium heat, Ilagay ang 4 cups water, then ½ cup cornstarch haluin, ½ white sugar at ½ cup powdered milk. Haluin mabuti. 2. Ilagay ang ¼ cup na powdered milk at 370ml condensed milk. pag kumulo na, ilagay ang ½ cup na cornstarch, haluin at ilagay ang 2 cups evaporated milk haluin hanggang sa lumapot. Iniiwasan natin na mamuo ang cornstarch kaya 2 beses na ½ cup ang paglalagay ganon din sa powdered milk 3. Palamigin muna bago ilagay ang buko meat, haluin mabuti at ilipat sa plastic, chill overnight then serve.
