Add salt, egg and flour into the shredded potatoes. 2. Mix it well till it become batter type. 3. Heat up pan with oil. Arrange potato batter to form a rectangle shape. Fry it till golden brown then turn to another surface, continue to fry. Meanwhile add the cheese and sausage cube then cheese again on the fried surface of potato. 4.
