TAB Ring — A duration enhancing plugin for MuseScore 3.7

Music notation rarely fully depicts the durations as heard in guitar finger-picking, resulting in playback that sound stilted, if not downright choppy. TAB Ring makes durations ring as they do naturally on stringed instruments like guitar. This animation illustrates the increased durations that TAB Ring affords, demonstrating the results in three visual ways. The added realism is particularly noticeable with finger-picking arrangements. And the result is essentially transparent, as TAB Ring works its magic without altering or visually changing your notation. Best of all, you can reap all the benefits even when you write guitar finger-picking in the simplest "single-voice" form of notation. TAB Ring works with MuseScore 3.7 (and in a limited fashion with MuseScore 3.6) and likely it's soon to be ported to MuseScore 4. And the score must contain a tablature staff; a linked tablature staff is recommended. Coming soon!
