VTECH 70 - Homelite HLT25CS Pull Starter Repair

This video will show you a permanent fix for a Homelite HLT25CS Trimmer pull starter that won't retract after how many times I have fixed the pulley. In my last previous video in repairing this unit, I have drilled a new hole on the pulley same diameter of the spring wire size and bent the spring stud/pin less than 90 degrees opposite to the direction of the pulley rotation to have a good grip/hook on the pulley but the same problem arised.
