MMV Collab | IDWK by blackbear & DVBBS

After a little over eight months, we finally managed to finish the IDWK MMV Collab.... Despite the lackluster storyline, everyone made this collab turn out really well! HUUUUGE thanks to everyone that participated! 😭💖 ________________________________________________________ Storyline: For the most part, we just followed the lyrics for this one. The main storyline is basically about a guy being paranoid that his girlfriend may be cheating on him. However, he doesn't really want to know.... hence the title of the song. Ultimately, he does look through her messages on her phone and follows her whenever she goes out, to see her spending time with random guys. Yes, she's actually cheating. [Parts 1 - 3] Starts with the guy and girl happy and doing cute romantic stuff together. [Parts 4 - 6] The guy's paranoia about his girlfriend cheating begins! Be creative with how you choose to portray this! [Part 7] He confronts her, but she swears nothing's up. She gets annoyed and storms off leaving her phone behind. [Part 8] Guy finally gives in and checks her messages. Surprise surprise... She's been cheating! [Part 9] He confronts her again, but with proof ... and more anger than before. [Part 10] However, she blames him for never paying attention to her and for allowing them to grow apart. [Part 11 - 12] Following the lyrics here, he wakes up in bed alone now, because they are no longer together. Girl POV: she's crying... as the lyrics go. [Parts 13 - 20] Just follow the lyrics for the remainder of the song! Following the stages of grief of a relationship: -Denial -Anger -Bargaining -Depression Doesn't have to be in that distinct order, and you are free to animate the guy's POV or the girl's POV. [Part 21] Does he get over it??? HMMM ________________________________________________________ Theme: Neon lights (Colors that go with specific moods would be cool!) -MEP/AMV style! The more flashy and abstract, the better! (Since the story is kinda generic and boring.... we'll make up for it by our sick visuals, right?!)
