1 POTATO! They're so delicious that I make them for dinner every weekend. No oven. Today I'll be sharing potato cutlets recipe that don't require an oven! How to make potato cutlets? It’s easy! Just follow this easy recipe! These potato fritters or you can name them potato pancakes are so delicious that everyone asked for more! There are so many potato recipes, but this one is one of my favorites! Enjoy this easy dinner! Ingredients and recipe: Dice 1 potato Cook for 15 minutes until done Mash the potatoes Slice 1 onion Medium heat, olive oil Cook onion for 3 minutes Shred 1 carrot Add carrot to the pan Cook for 5 more minutes Add onion and carrot to the mashed potatoes Mix well Add 1 egg Add 2 tbsp. of flour and 2 tbsp. of parmesan Chop a bunch of parsley Add to the bowl with potatoes Season with salt and black pepper Add 1 tsp. of paprika Mix well Coat your hands with vegetable oil Scoop mixture and shape the cutlets Cover with breadcrumbs Medium heat, cooking oil Cook for 3-5 minutes for each side Set aside on a paper towel For the dipping sauce cut chives Mix with 150gr of Greek yogurt Season with salt and black pepper Yummy!
