Feeling pain in your lower back, buttocks, or thighs during pregnancy? Try these two stretches to ease the discomfort. Seated Piriformis Stretch Sit on a chair, cross one leg over the other. Lean forward gently. Hold for 20-30 seconds. Switch sides. Targets lower back,glutes and hip pain. Knee Squeeze for Thigh Relief Sit upright, knees slightly together. Squeeze knees inward.
