If you are someone that does a typical workout split, it might be time to change it up. Whether you have done push/pull days before or not, this is a great workout that you can do at home to build muscle after 50. In this at home workout, we are going to do push exercises only: working our chest, shoulders, and triceps. To keep it simple and quick, I’m only doing dumbbell exercises and only 1 exercise per muscle group. Do 3 to 4 sets of 8 to 12 reps on each exercise… BEFORE moving on to the next muscle group.
