Before Kim endured the harsh reality of being famous without a body guard, the reality star opened up to 60 Minutes about her very public life. In her candid interview, Kim talked about the pitfalls of fame – that being the lack and loss of privacy – and the fact that she believes the pros of having a public life have been QUOTE, “…more beneficial than the negative things.” While Kim has found the silver lining in being as famous as she is, Kim also admitted to 60 Minutes correspondent Bill Whitaker that she wouldn’t be where she is today without the power of social media.
