What Is It And How It Helps The 3-3-3 rule is a grounding technique for anxiety that involves naming three things you can see, three sounds you can hear, and moving three parts of your body. What a difference when our faith relationship with the Lord is included in all three areas. "For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring" Acts 17:28 "Grounded in him" (Colossians 2:7) means to be firmly established and rooted in a person, typically God or Christ, which provides stability, strength, and a solid foundation for life'. We can either resist God's process or rest in it. Resisting comes easy. Rest takes courage and faith to remain rooted and grounded. 'make every effort to add to your faith...
