Glen Cove Easter Dawn Service - Join Us! We hope you enjoy this brief video from past Easter Dawn Services. Join us virtually via Facebook Live or for the in-person service in Morgan Park. Clergy ask that all who are planning to attend the in-person service in Morgan Park to please arrive between 6:30 am and 6:50 am to allow time to check-in, walk down the hill, and to be present for the start of the service at 7:00 am. Attendees are asked to wear masks, social distance, and to adhere to standard COVID-19 guidelines. The in-person service is limited to 150 people. For those attending the virtual service via Facebook Live, please go to the official Glen Cove Community Easter Dawn Service page and “like” it so you will get a notification once the service begins on Easter Morning. It does not include communion or many of the elements associated with an Easter Mass or Easter Service at your church. The Easter Dawn Service is an opportunity for individuals and families from area churches, various denominations, or who just enjoy joining together on Easter Morning, to come together as a community for a short, half-hour, ecumenical service just as the day begins and before attending a full mass/service in one’s own tradition.
