Hopefully by the end of this challenge I will be able to do 20 pull ups in a row a muscle up and maybe even a one hand pull up. For the push up part I hope I can do 100 push ups in a row and if my bench pr goes up then thats a bonus. #challenge #discipline #motivation #fitness
