Using the book Balloons Over Broadway, this is an awesome FOIL BALLOON craft to match the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade! I have done this craft for 27 years now with my students, and it is ALWAYS a hit! Kids love to see them hanging in the room and I love the versatility of the foil. It is a winner all around.
