Fallout 2: Solo Lv99 P90c (AP 10mm) - Frontal Assault on Navarro (Rough difficulty)

A while back, @kosenkovpeter5702 left a comment about how the P90c with the Sniper perk in a Level 30 or so character would get similar or damage per target compared to the Vindicator I was getting at Level 99. I don't think the levels matter here since I didn't take the damage perks early on. My perks up to level 29 were: Awareness Bonus Rate of Fire Better Criticals Sniper Lifegiver (2) Quick Pockets Gain Intelligence Gain Agility The main source of damage I'd be missing is 2 ranks of Bonus Ranged Damage, which I could have taken instead of Lifegiver? Either way, the point of my level 99 character is that she has ALL the combat perks (outside of Living Anatomy which is just supposedly +5 damage per attack and not per individual bullet), so she's a stable base from which to do any sort of tests I feel like doing. Anyway, since I didn't feel like playing anything for real yet, why not do a test run with a P90c. So here's one with AP 10mm ammunition. There'll be another one with JHP 10mm tomorrow for comparison. To recap the points from the last run, I've a Lv99 character with almost all the relevant combat perks and ST, PE, IN, AG and LU at 10 and I'm using the Advanced Enclave MkII power armour. The restrictions I've imposed on myself are mostly the same, they are as follows: 1) No use of items for the run. Not that it's going to be an issue with 999 HP, but crits can hit you for over 100 damage so the fight here isn't completely trivial. Most of my key stats are maxed, so the main one I'd be missing is 2 AP from Jet. 2) I can only use the P90c and nothing else. I did have more than enough ammunition for it and was pretty sure I wouldn't run out before everything was dead. 3) No followers, though seriously, they'd just get in the way for the most part, or soak up some fire. Given my doubts on how well the P90 would perform, I gave myself two other advantages. I allowed myself to point blank the first Enclave Trooper. Then I allowed myself to just snipe the turrets out of range with single shots, though it looks like I still had ammunition to spare. I limited myself to Burst Fire on the enemies to compare damage numbers vs the Vindicator. AP 10mm definitely doesn't cut it, though I think I'm scoring enough kills from lucky instant death rolls. Also, having to reload after 2 shots (instead of 3 with miniguns) when you can't reliably kill with a single shot (unlike the Bozar) is pretty unpleasant. Also, I didn't show it off, but my Small Guns is 160% compared to my Big Guns at 151%. I don't think 9% is going to make a huge difference in performance, but I figured I'd put it out there in case anyone is curious.
