Police chase ends in arrest in West End

WEST END, Ohio (WKRC) - A police chase ended with a suspect in custody Wednesday afternoon in the West End. The chase started around 12:45 p.m. when a driver rammed a police cruiser. Officers lost sight of the car after going downtown, but a sheriff's helicopter spotted it east of Linn Street. Police saw the suspect running from the scene and arrested him at Baymiller and York streets. Charges are pending against 29- year-old Jarrard Harper, who also has six warrants pending.
