
Seasoned Abalone Stir-fry
[Seasoned Abalone Stir-fry] – 4 Servings – Easy – 20 min. Ingredients: 6 abalones (500g), 3 shiitake mushrooms, 4 cheongyang peppers, 1 red chili pepper, 1 green onion, 1 tbsp of minced garlic, 3 tbsp of oil, 3 tbsp of rice wine, 1 tsp of ground black pepper Seasoning Ingredients: 3 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of tuna extract (or fish sauce), 1 packet Choice Recipe anchovy powder broth (optional) 1. Finely chop shiitake mushrooms, chili peppers, and green onion using a food processor. (tip. If you prefer a spicier taste, you can increase the amount of cheongyang peppers.) 2. Separate the abalone flesh, cleaned with a bristle, from the shells, and remove the organs. Remove teeth and esophagus, too. 3. Place the abalone flesh in the food processor and chop finely, pulsing for about 1 second intervals. 4. Add the organs and rice wine to the food processor and grind finely. 5. Stir-fry the minced garlic in a pan over medium heat. When it starts to emit aroma, add the ground abalone organs and sauté for about 30 seconds. 6. Add the chopped vegetables and sauté for 1 minute. Then add the chopped abalone flesh and sauté for an additional minute. 7. Add the seasoning ingredients and boil down over high heat for about 1 minute. 8.
