Gaithersbug Book Festival 2013: Mark Shriver

Mark K. Shriver is The New York Times and Washington Post best-selling author of "A Good Man: Rediscovering My Father, Sargent Shriver," published in June 2012. He is the head of U.S. programs for Save the Children, where he developed the charity's domestic emergency, early childhood development, literacy, and health programs. Shriver is a former member of the Maryland House of Delegates. He lives in Bethesda with his wife, Jeanne, and their three children, Molly, Tommy and Emma.
