Easy & Perfect KOREAN EGG ROLLS ( Rolled Omelet 완벽한 계란말이 만들기)
Open me~ Today, I am going to show you how to make Egg Rolls 계란말이 in Korean. With only a few ingredients, you can create a great side dish which goes well with any food. Thanks always! ★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★ Ingredients 5 eggs 2 pinches of salt 50g carrots 20g broccolis 1 T cooking oil ★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★ Directions 1. Break 5 eggs in a bowl and add 2 pinches of salt. Whisk well 2. Finely chop 50g carrots, 20g broccolis.You can replace the broccoli with spring onions. Add the chopped veggies in the egg mixture and stir well. 3. Grease the non-stick pan by using a sheet of pepper towel, and put the non-stick pan on low heat. 4. Pour in 1/4 the egg mixture and then roll the pan to spread out it evenly. Cook it for about 2 mins or until half cooked. 5. After 2 mins, you can start rolling the omelet 3/4 way from the right to the left by using chopsticks or a specular. And move the egg roll to the middle. Fill the left with the egg mixture 6. Repeat this until the egg mixture is ended up. Don't forget to Lightly grease the pan when necessary. 7. Turn off the heat. Leave the egg roll to be cooked with the remaining heat for few more mins 8. Cool the egg roll for easier cutting. Cut the egg roll 1 cm thick. 9. To make Heart shaped egg rolls, cut the egg roll diagonally. 10. Serve and enjoy!
