I've made this so many times and every single time the turkey is moist and delicious. The turkey gravy is a family favorite that adds the perfect amount of savory to the turkey. Turkey Start with about 1 c. water 1 bouillon cube (put in bottom of roaster with the turkey) put seasonings on a small plate rosemary sage poultry salt & pepper etc. Mix together 2 T. Butter 2 T. Olive oil Pull up breast skin flap and put half of the butter/olive oil mixture underneath-add half of the seasonings & herbs. Use the other half of the butter/oil and the herbs and seasonings for the top of the breast. set temperature on electric roaster to 325 degrees and cook for 2-3 hours. temp should be at least 165 degrees. Gravy Pour all drippings from cooked turkey into a pot. Boil the drippings. Combine 3 or 4 T cornstarch to 1/4 c. water and stir until disolved. Slowly add and stir to drippings until gravy is desired thickness.
