Ingredients: • 2 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced • 1 cup gram flour (besan) • Cheese Slice • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda • Salt to taste • Water as needed • Oil for frying Instructions: • In a mixing bowl, add the gram flour, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. • Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, stirring well to make a thick batter. • Add the thinly sliced potatoes and shredded cheese to the batter. Mix until the potatoes and cheese are well coated. • Heat oil in a deep pan on medium heat. • Once the oil is hot, drop spoonfuls of the potato-cheese mixture into the oil, one at a time. • Fry the pakoras until golden brown, turning them occasionally to ensure they are evenly cooked. • Once the pakoras are cooked, remove them from the oil using a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil. • Serve the Aloo Cheese Pakoras hot with your favorite chutney or dipping sauce.
