I executed. 🔥 In Today’s Vlog: ⏰ 3:30 AM wake-up & morning discipline 💧 Water intake goal: 6-12 bottles per day (I usually hit 4-4.5) 🥤 Switched up my pre-workout routine: Drank an ‪@alani_nutrition‬ Cherry Slush instead of coffee 🍫 Pre-Workout Snack: 1 chocolate rice cake + 1 lightly salted rice cake 💪 Workout Completed: ✅ Warm-Up (5 Minutes) 🔹 Hip Circles – 10 reps per leg 🔹 Standing Knee-to-Chest Stretch – 10 reps per leg 🔹 Lateral Walks with Resistance Band – 10 steps each direction ✅ Workout Routine (4 Exercises Only) 1️⃣ Medicine Ball Russian Twists – 3 sets x reps per side 2️⃣ Romanian Deadlifts (Dumbbell or Bodyweight) – 3 sets x reps 3️⃣ One-Hand Dumbbell Rows (Using Bench) – 3 sets x reps per arm 4️⃣ Step-Through Fire Hydrants – 3 sets x reps per side ✅ Cool Down (3 Minutes) 🔹 Child’s Pose – 30 sec 🔹 Seated Forward Fold – 30 sec hold 🍳 Post-Workout Meal: 🔹 1 egg with egg whites, spinach, and mushrooms 🔹 Cottage cheese 🔹 1 slice of Dave’s Killer Bread 🔹 A little quinoa with garlic chili sauce 💻 Morning Work Session: 🔹 Focused on editing post-workout 🎯 Mindset Shift: Discipline isn't about motivation.
