Silent Hill 2 ps5 part 9 Historical Society turned Otherworld Jail

James returns to Rosewater Park where he runs into Angela again. He finds a key buried under a statue by someone who knew he would be arriving. The key gave James access to the Silent Hill Historical Society Building. However the Building quickly turns into an underground prison underneath Toluca Lake. James also ran into Eddie in the jail but he leaves as James looks for a way out
