Total Time: Less than 15 minutes Servings: 4 INGREDIENTS 3 chocolate sandwich cookies 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup protein pancake mix 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder 1 tsp vanilla Maple syrup, if desired DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat a skillet or frying pan on medium to medium low heat. 2. Blend all ingredients in the BlendJet for 1-2 cycles. 4. Spray the skillet or frying pan with nonstick cooking spray. 5. Pour the pancake mix into the pan, creating 3 circles (or 4 if you’d like smaller pancakes/2 servings.) 6. Cook until lightly brown on the bottom and you start to see bubbles. Flip the pancakes over and cook on other side for 30 seconds to 1 minute. 7.
