Borderlands 3 - Rakkman rare spawn Location (Night Flyer Legendary Pistol drop)

This is a short video that shows the location of "I'm Rakkman' - a rare spawn enemy in Borderlands 3 that drops the Night Flyer Legendary Pistol. It does not spawn every time and the drop rates are pretty low. However, starting today (8th October 2019), for a week the spawns of certain rare enemies will be 100% and the drop chance for their specific legendary items will be increased.
