Baby Back Ribs in 3 Hours?!? Party Ribs Recipe

Let's make some 3-hour baby back party ribs! Follow the steps below for how I cooked these today! 1. Took our baby back ribs out of the package and patted them dry. 2. Removed the membrane on the back using a butter knife and go under the membrane between two bones. 3. Cut them up into individual ribs 4. Rubbed them down with some mustard as a binder 5. Seasoned them up with #heathrilesbbq Competition rub 6. Let the seasoning adhere for 20-30 minutes and fired up the #recteq Flagship 1100 to 250°. 7. Once the seasoning was adhered we put the ribs on the grill at 250° until they reached an internal temperature of 165°. 8. We spritzed them with apple cider vinegar and water every 30 minutes. 9. Once they reached an internal temperature of 165° (1.5hrs) we pulled them off and put them in a foil pan with some butter, brown sugar, and bbq sauce and covered them up. 10. We put them back on the grill at 350° for almost an hour until they were probe tender. 11. We then took them off, let them rest to come down in temperature and dug in. #recteq #partyribs #bbq #smoker #recipe #outdoorgrill #barbecuenation #pelletgrill
