Ku Nan, IRB to settle RM57.17mil income tax suit

Inland Revenue Board (IRB) deputy solicitor, Dr Hazlina Hussain informed the Kuala Lumpur High Court on Wednesday (Sept 2) that the IRB and Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor are in the process of settling the suit to recover over RM57.17 million of unpaid income taxes owed by the former Federal Territories Minister from 2012 to 2017.
