🔥 Delhi Style Aloo Tikki Chaat Recipe | Crispy, Chatpati & Khatti-Meethi Street Food at Home 🔥 Hello Doston 👋 Welcome back to CraftyFamilyLife! Aaj hum banane wale hain ekdum asli Delhi wali Aloo Tikki Chaat – crispy aloo tikki, khatti-meethi imli chutney, teekhi green chutney aur garma-garam matar masala ke saath. 😋 Har bite mein milega chatkara aur asli galiyon ka swaad – ab ghar baithe hi enjoy kijiye yeh street style treat. ✨ Recipe Steps: 👉 Step 1 – Matar & Aloo Prep Raat bhar bhige huye matar ko cooker mein daaliye. Saath mein aloo, 1 tbsp namak & ½ tbsp haldi daal kar 3-4 whistle tak pressure cook kijiye. Aloo ko chilka utar kar mash kijiye. Isme daaliye dhaniya, hari mirchi, 1 tsp namak, cornflour, red chilli powder, jeera powder aur thoda tel. Achhe se mix karke choti-choti tikkis bana lijiye. 👉 Step 2 – Chutney Prep Tamarind chutney ke liye imli soak karke pulp nikal lijiye. Isme daaliye jaggery, namak, jeera powder, black salt, cornflour aur red chilli powder. Dheemi aanch par cook karte rahiye until chutney thodi thick ho jaaye. Green chutney ke liye dhaniya, hari mirchi, lehsun, namak aur lemon juice grind kijiye. 👉 Step 3 – Matar Masala Ek pan mein tel garam karke jeera crackle hone dijiye. Chopped onion & tomato daal kar bhun lijiye. Cooker wale matar daal kar chat masala ke saath mix karke 2-3 minute cook kijiye. 👉 Step 4 – Tikki Fry Garam tel mein tikkis ko shallow fry kijiye until golden brown & crispy. 👉 Step 5 – Chaat Assembling Plate mein 2 hot crispy tikkis rakhiye. Upar se garma-garam matar masala daaliye. Phir onion, tomato, cucumber & dhaniya sprinkle kijiye. Chat masala, khatti-meethi chutney, green chutney & dahi drizzle kijiye.
