Week 4 of Body Building Program. I was able to lose the pounds i gained over the weekend falling off my diet. But I'm trying every day, I now know to not have cheat meals anymore because I don't want to fall back. Im going to be more disciplined and I hope to lose another 10 lbs as soon as I can. Mondays are hard sometimes because you're coming back from the weekend. The crew and I still showed up and got what we could do, done. That's what matters, keep showing up!
