Filo roll with salmon and ricotta

3 sheets of filo dough (thin dough, about the same as used for baklava). 100 g spinach. 250 g ricotta cheese. 250 g salmon. Chop the spinach and mix it with ricotta cheese, add salt and pepper to taste. Take the 1st layer of dough and grease it with a small amount of olive oil. Put the 2nd layer on top and also grease it with olive oil. Put the 3rd layer and put the ricotta and spinach mixture on it, put the salmon on top. Roll the dough into a roll.
