✅ Looking for ways to wake up earlier? Another one of my productivity tips for waking up early or even earlier as in: how to wake up at 5AM and not feel tired, so that you can have a productive morning, is by going to bed early! . 🤦‍♀️ It may sound kind of simple, but how do you plan to wake up early if you don't go to bed early? . 💤 You need to get enough sleep the night before to be able to get up early the next morning on time! . ⏰ My bedtime routine: I go to bed early. I probably start falling asleep about seven, eight o'clock at night, and by 9:00 PM I am passed out. You will not catch me staying up late. If I stay up late, I get groggy, irritated, grumpy, and I'm normally just probably not extremely fun to be around. 💯 . 🙅‍♀️ I'm not a late night person. I'm an early riser, early bird, a morning person! I work my best early in the morning before noon! I have a productive morning routine that allows me to get things done since it's quiet, no one is awake, so I eliminate distractions! 🕛 . 😫 If you’re struggling to make time for everything you want to do, getting up early and learning how to be a morning person is one of the most effective productivity tips I’ve discovered that helps in getting things done! Becoming an early bird has changed my life. When you figure out how to wake up earlier, you get so much more accomplished.
