Venezuela will train militants to use poisoned arrows.

Diosdado Cabello, Venezuela's Minister of the Interior, Justice and Peace, announced on Monday (November 17, 2025) the mobilization of more than 4.5 million Venezuelans to respond to a possible US military offensive. The official stated he had ordered indigenous people to teach Chavista militants how to use arrows with curare, a paralyzing and lethal poison extracted from local plants.
