Oh look, it got worse. From the end of the 2021 Severin Blu-ray release of Garry Marshall's Overboard (1987), remastered from a 2K scan. The new scan preserves the original MPAA card but overlays an MGM roar onto it because Severin reused the old Blu-ray's audio track. And, yes, it does actually cut off like that at the end.
