Police identify man shot to death in the West End
CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A homicide investigation is underway in the West End. Police have identified the victim as Keonte Walker, 21. Officers were called to a report of shots fired around 3:30 a.m. Tuesday morning at Baymiller near Findlay. They say a neighbor found Walker shot to death. Police have not said if they have any suspects.
