Resident Evil 3 Carlos Meets Tyrell & Nicholai at Hospital
The fist event happens when you go to B3 floor instead 4F, when you are about to open the B3F Laboratory, Tyrell will appear and he will talk to Carlos, although in the end something surprises him. The second event happens when you ignore B3 floor and go to 4F and while entering on the "data room" you will see Nicholai trying to eliminate Tyrell and Carlos has no idea what is happening.
