Your recognition of this one will not have you looking for deeper aspects of what you are for it frees you from all such activity. It will have you realising how every one is also this same oneness that you are. This frees you to understand just how everyone is operating from pain, when they are not in touch with their true nature, and looking for love. Initially, the direct recognition of your real self instantly frees you to the option of setting deeply into the peace of the oneness of what you truly are. Or, you can be distracted back into the commotion of your mind and miss the opportunity of realising and being this one once again. Love is the answer. However, the love that is the answer to everything is the very one from which all life arises. And this one is you. Not you as you would ordinarily think yourself to be, for that has obviously not been the answer to anything. Where is this you that you are so easily distracted from seeing? Where is this aliveness of you that is flowing through your mind-body package in all moments? Where is such a simplicity going on right now that you would overlook it by mistaking what it is moving through as being what you are? Only you can spot the difference and only you can choose to settle upon this oneness of your real self instead of moving out and away from it.
