
I did a 3 Day WATER Fast | Vlog + Results
Back with another fasting video, this time I only consumed WATER. Keep in mind it’s best to transition to intermediate fasting (fasting for a few hours out of the day) then starting a vegan diet before you drop all foods. This was a mental challenge and lots of discipline, but it felt like I gave my body a factory reset. It allowed me to think about my food choices and plan for the end of the fast to stock up on healthier foods.
