WELLNESS PREP: closing in on peak week, sigma HQ, dialing in my posing

WOW the last few weeks have been flying by and I am feeling bittersweet to be almost done with prep. this vlog is FULL of all of the things...a huge work event, visiting sigma HQ and getting my makeup done, teaching towards the end of prep, posing, workouts, nutrition and SO MUCH MORE. love y'all...so excited to show you the final package...
