If you have ripe bananas try this recipe#muffins #recipes #easyrecipestomakeathome 12 Muffins Dry Ingredients: 3 ½ cups almond flour  1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon  Wet: 3 large ripe bananas, mashed (the more ripe, the sweeter the muffin will be) 3 large eggs 1/4 cup melted coconut oil, olive oil or butter 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract Add-ins: 1 cup chocolate chips(Optional) 1/4 cup cane sugar (Optional) Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin.In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. In another bowl, mix mashed bananas, eggs, oil/butter, maple syrup, and vanilla.Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir until just mixed. Fold in the chocolate chips.Fill muffin cups almost to the top (almond flour muffins rise modestly). Bake 23–27 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes in the pan, then move to a rack.
