Its another Friday night and you know what that means? That's right its the Mr. E Friday Night Auction back in effect! There are amazing deals for all of you to bid on, come enjoy another Friday night with Mr E! Auction Rules: 1. You MUST be subscribed to our channel to be able to comment and place bids. 2. Make sure Mrs. E (Carol Lamoureux) knows your YouTube handle/Real Name for proper invoicing 3. Bids commented BEFORE the timer is started will not be valid bids 4. If you require shipping, please confirm if shipping is available for the item you wish to bid on BEFORE placing a bid. 5. In case of auction winner disputes, we have chat moderators in place and they will notify Mr. E of who they believe was the last person to comment- there will be no time stamp verification- in the event that the moderators disagree, Mr. E has the final say- Once a winner has been announced, the result is final. 6. Rude behaviour will NOT be tolerated - You will receive ONE warning before being banned from current and future auctions. 7. Mr. E will not be held responsible for internet connection issues- We take into consideration a lag time of approx. 5-10 seconds on our end- It is YOUR responsibility to take into account your own lag. If you find you are experiencing more lag than is to be expected, try eliminating all other connections within the home and only stream the show from one device or discuss with your internet provider. PICKUP: Pickup Location is 1933 Regent St. Sudbury, Ont- AKA Southridge Mall - in the old Payless location. All auction wins must be picked up within 48 hrs - NO EXCEPTIONS- Items not picked up within 48 hrs will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and re-auctioned on the next weeks auction. If you cannot pickup your items yourself- reach out to friends and family and advise Mr. and/or Mrs. E who will be picking up in your place. Payment: Payment must be made via e-transfer ([email protected]) or credit card by the end of the show. Please include your name/YouTube handle in the message section of the transfer and if sending an e-transfer for multiple items, please list the items you have won. Please message Mrs. E privately via messenger if you have set a password for the transfer or if you wish to pay via credit card. If you wish to pay via credit card, you will be provided with a secure link to our website for your item. Those who fail to provide payment by the end of the show will have their bidding rights suspended until further notice. Door Prize Rules: You must RSVP, subscribe to the channel and attend the show in order to be placed on the Door Prize Wheel- Mr. E will randomly, at some point during the show, announce Roll Call! The draw will take place once roll call is completed - If you are not present for roll call, your name will not be added to the wheel. Purchase Draw Rules: IF a purchase draw is in place for the evening, you will receive ONE (1) ballot for every purchase during the show- You MUST be present at the time of the draw in order to claim your prize-
