Neunggang Valley, which has transformed from a shabby valley with no water due to a severe drought into a clean, lush valley, is the perfect place to escape the sweltering heat in one fell swoop. Jeongbangsa Temple, located 2km from Neunggang Valley, lives up to its name by preserving a clear and fragrant landscape. I climbed up to Jeongbangsa Temple, where you can overlook Chungju Lake (Cheongpung Lake), admire Mt. Wolak stretching out in the distance as if within reach, and enjoy both the sunrise and sunset.
