Ingredients: 1 pound lean ground beef 28 ounces diced tomatoes 8 ounces tomato sauce 2 potatoes diced 4 cups beef broth ✅ 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables 1 tablespoon mustard ✅ 1/4 cup ketchup ✅ 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning ✅ 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder Instructions: 1. ⭐️Brown the beef. Add the ground beef to a skillet and cook until browned. Add to the bottom of the slow cooker. 2. Add the ingredients. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, potatoes, beef broth, mixed vegetables, mustard, ketchup, salt, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well. 3. Cook. Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. 4. Serve. Serve hot garnished with shredded cheese if desired.
